A question about : Rossendales Debt Collection Agency
I am in the process of my IVA failing due to the payments becoming unaffordable with the IVA company.
I am still under protection until I get the failure certificate which can take up to 6 months.
I have 4 debts in total, x3 are listed with The Insolvency Exchange, and x 1 listed with Max Recovery.
Today, my telephone range, I answered and the caller hang up.
I redialled the number is 01706 833772.
When I rang the number back it was with Rossendales Debt Collection Agency.
As far as I am aware there are a lot of scams going around at the moment and none of my debts have been passed onto them as my IVA company would have been notified.
I've seen online that they are an aggresive debt collection agency and am now worried.
What should I do if they call again; ps I've had no letters from them so don't know what its about, and I dont want to confirm who I am!!
