A question about : Removing pen from books
I am not sure if this is the place, but thought there might be an old school way of doing this
My son has written on a book of mine, well one i borrowed from a friend at work.
He has written his name (which normally would be a good thing as he is still learning to write) in pen on the front few pages of a book, anyone have any ideas of how to remove it so I don't have to buy the book for my friend.
Thanks
Best answers:
- What kind of pen and what texture is the paper?
You might be lucky if it is a water-based pen ink that responds to the fountain pen eraser type removers, but beyond that, I would be cautious about attempting much as you might cause more damage. - You could try rubbing it gently with a piece of white bread.
