  • No offense but could you not click the Terms & Conditions Link at the bottom of each of their pages?
    https://myloan.co.uk/terms.php
    The section you need is

So you need to put in writing to them at the address mentioned within 14 days.
  • Oh and you did consent.

Really trying not to be harsh here but you got into trouble with Wonga in January and posted to see if they would accept a payment deal and now you're trying loan broker sites. Please stop doing this and seek help from a debt advice charity (CCCS etc).
  • thank you for your help. i will make sure that I'll read the terms & con next time.
  • No need for thanks, please just get advice!
  • I was looking at these sites and thought it was a credit check and closed page but they got my details and took my cash. The office is not on the google maps link above its cottage street.
Looks like they do a few diffrent things their car finance is another one.
Anyway I cancelled my debit card spoke to the bank and have asked them to refund me under the 14 day rule. Lesson dont put your details on any website without careful thinking.
  • I have spent all day trying to arrange a refund of my Ј69.99 that they debited without my consent.
  • They will make you hop through many hoops before you get any sight of your money back,if you genuinely didnt want or need the services of a broker and if you think there in the wrong----Write a formal complaint asking for an immediate refund(recorded delivery you will need this later) Allow them 8 weeks to reply,if they dont then you need to contact the FOS who will take your complaint on and deal with your refund..good luck
  • You'd think people who trash their credit files would know better then using google & typing in loans for people with bad credit thinking these types of companies that give bad credit actually exist!!!
  • Hi i am having the same problem with my loans. I went on this site looking for a loan. I didn't complete the application i even have a email from them asking me to complete my application. I did put my details in but once i seen it was a
fee of nearly 70 i closed the page. I checked my account on Tuesday to see my last bit of money had been taken. I rang the bank to find out who it was but they said they couldn't tell me because its not showing up in my statement. I checked the bank today to see it was taken from myloans. I didn't get a text or email or any warning to say they would take any money. Surely this is theft? It isn't fair. People apply for loans for help and they take advantage and make your situation worse. I have emailed them and ill be ringing them first thing. If i had 70 pound spare surely i wouldn't be applying for loans. Horrible company and needs shutting down.
  • To the self righteous know it alls giving it the big 'I am' on here; these people wrote on here for help, not to be judged by you, either tell them what to do in their time of need or don't bother commenting. Neither use nor ornament!
  • To be fair to some posters whilst everyone should read the terms and conditions, the sad reality is very few people do.
However I agree that people turn in absolute desperation to these companies, however they will only add to your debt problems; they will NOT make life any more affordable - general rule of thumb - if you've been turned down by the main high street lenders you should not enter into agreement with any other lenders - seek support from CCCS
