Insert From Martin: This is a lovely site, with a very clever premise. Many people can't spell (ut hmm, i should know, mine's awful) and mis-enter their Ebay entries. This means people don't search for them, so the price is low. What fat-fingers does is search all the common spelling mistake algorythms to try and find those bargains for what you're looking for. Simple and clever - i love it.

The creator of the site is a MoneySaver who posted the site first on here, always great. Unfortunately, the original thread was deleted, so this is a replacement.

  Could you try it again to see if it wasn't just eBay being a bit slow on Friday?
  Anyone who has had the 'can see link but it cannot be clicked' problem - that has been fixed this weekend.
• I still get an error when clicking the 'show misspellings' link, something along the lines of:
  "The connection was was refused when attempting to contact adfarm.mediaplex.com"
  I'm using Mozilla Firefox if that helps.

  he has always taken the time to reply and each of my problems have been resolved promptly an satisfactorily,

• Fantastic site...already picked up following bargains:
  Quiet Man DVD for Ј1.20 (had been listed as Quit Man), usually sell for between Ј10-15 0n eBay
  Transcriber Machine for playing back mini dictation tapes. (Had been listed as Transciber) Bought for Ј75. I had been outbid for the same model the previous week at Ј130!

• Advanced option: find just auctions that use PayPal (eBay only)
• Advanced option: find just "Buy It Now" auctions (eBay only)

• I figure eBay has such a huge range of items for sale that there's more than enough bargains for everyone.
  Really, some of the things people tell me they've won - I would never have thought of bidding on in a million years...
• I just wish I could narrow the search down to just search dvd's or just books etc. I type in the word Buffy and get tons of different items and yet I type in 'Buffy dvd' and it comes up with nothing.
  Its a great idea though! Im sure I will find a bargain!
