A question about : Re, kindle

Hi guys, not my day today.
Just half way through free book from Amazon, then, Error! Download fault!
Please delete, then download from cloud.?
Deleted book, tried cloud, never used it before, nothing ? Don,t know how to download from cloud, so just tried to read another on device, no joy?
Now cannot get any of my books on device to read, even though it says they are there.just downloaded another, Amazon e,mailed, ok, but, not on device ? Seems I cannot get anything on it.
It says make sure registered and wifi enabled, which it is, downloaded thousands to it.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

  • If you login to your Amazon account (Manage Your Content and Devices) all your books should be there - and available to resend to your Kindle - if you buy a new Kindle you can resend all your books to that as well.
  • Rather than reset to factory settings, try a simple reboot by holding down the power switch for about 20 seconds.
