I've just received this email from a relative who works in the Passport Office,
Just a little note to warn you that I've been told of a foreign website that holds details of UK passport holders - I've just gone in and deleted mine. All our passports are on the web for everyone else to see. When I looked I was shocked to see that you can see everyones details on this site.
Try yours and if your details are on there then delete them. The site is
www.humnri.com/enter/passport .
