A question about : prepayment meter for gas

Hi, I have a problem. I changed supplier from n power to ovo in december 2014.i informed n power and they proceeded to issue me with a bill for Ј118.00. How can I get a bill when I pay as I go and to my knowledge have no outstanding debt due to them. Advices please.

    Could it be something to do with standing charges.
