A question about : pre order PS4
I've never pre ordered, for that matter I'm normally about a year behind when it comes to buying the latest console, but this time I would like to buy near enough on release day, so I've put in a preoder with Amazon, no bundles on pre order just the console, so how much am I likely to pay over the odds, for a say consloe and say a couple of games, are the release day bundles going from past releases that much of a saving?
Best answers:
- there has been no official word on what bundles will be released yet so hard to say how much you would pay over the odds
- The advantage of Amazon is that you only pay when it's shipped. I normally pre-order every bundle that takes my fancy, then work out which is the best deal for me a week before release and cancel the others.
Also pre-order amazon stuff right away, because if they ever advertise something lower once you have ordered, you will pay that lower price. A whole bunch of us got PS Vita games for Ј6 each after a pricing glitch. - I dont think it's a good idea to pre-order the next generation on consoles. There are always hardware or software teething problems with launch versions of consoles. I'm going to wait for a few months and then see about buying one.
