A question about : BT Complaints & Escalation

I am currently having what I would call an experiance in the worst possible customer service and total lack of ownership I have ever experianced with BT.

Does anyone know how to get complaints resolved?

I am owed over Ј300 due to incorrect billing and after speaking to 7 differnet people at an average of 30-40 mins each over the last month I am no nearer getting things resolved.

any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone have any prices / experience on how much EE charge for:

Caller display.

I see their line rental saver is Ј132

• A quick Google search appears to show that it's inclusive with your line rental/calls package.
• really? what did you search for ?
• Well, 'EE Caller Display charges' would be a good starting point...
  It's not clearly stated on the EE site, but others have asked the same question and been answered as above.

A question about : Switching from Sky to BT

We currently have Sky TV, Broadband and phone line.

We're looking at switching to BT for the broadband fibre and phone line. The main reason being that there are significant cost savings to be achieved compared to what Sky retentions are offering us. The broadband is often very slow especially when using more than one device. A speed test shows 14mb download and 1mb upload.

A question about : Am i ok to sell my phone?

So i have 2 phones i have the iphone 6 (just upgraded) and my old s4 which i still like and use.

I am selling the iphone tommrow for Ј250 as i need to sell it asap to pay off a debit (i know you can get more but need it asap)

So am i allowed to sell the upgraded phone if i still pay the contract and use the sim in my s4?

• No I didn't ask BT as it was an mse blagged deal, so though this website.
  I am the refund king but this isn't really a refund.... More that I'm stupid and can't find the info.
