A question about : Paid Online Surveys

Can anyone remind me what the websites were about the paid online surveys on the VT as shown in programme 3 23.01.08

• I couldnt believe this part of the show. Having asked around a few months ago on various sites, the fact is that its not as simple as this woman said.
  Anyone who puts in "paid online surveys" doesnt magically find themselves getting paid money for nothing.
  If you put in "paid online surveys scam" it will bring up the same results and many more.
  Anyone who does as this woman suggests and just googles "paid online surveys" and joins all the ones they find is leaving themselves open to so much spam that you will have to close your account, and even people who want money from you, before they send you surveys.
  I cant believe this wasnt mentioned on the show as many of these Survey sites do more than spam, by accepting there emails they infect your pc too.
  Its just totally irresponsible.
  I will however recommend Ciao as a very reliable site for surveys, but make sure it the UK site or its a waste of time.
  Dont bother with TreasureTrooper as its for Americans only, even though it accepts outsiders joining.
  There is also Wabbadabba, its just a search engine but you can win prizes everytime you search, you can do up to 150 qualifying searches in 1 day.
  But before you join ANY site for getting paid surveys put the site name in and add scam to see what else comes up, and dont believe the first thing you read as the scammers have even gone to the lengths of creating other sites that "recommend" there own.
  In the end I just put up a question on Yahoo answers, but most of the bona fide ones are for Americans only

  www.globaltestmarket.com - I know it is american but they do pay once points reach 1000 and have had 2 cheques from these

• I use Ciao and they're quite good, although I have done a lot of surveys for them recently (and qualified/completed them) and am not really seeing a rise in my account balance!
  I also use Costmetic Research Online but the surveys are REALLY few and far between (that's just in my personal experience though, might be a lot different to others...)

  EDIT: After writing this I went to check on Ciao and I HAVE been paid by them! I have about £11 in there now! Yay!
• Hi everyone.
  I just joined Global Test Market but couldn't fill in one of their registration surveys - the one about which type of survey you'd like to take part in, kept getting errors. Emailed them about it but I'm doubtful they'll respond. I guess as the survey wasn't completed properly, I won't be getting much from them?

• I had the same problem rancid, seems like an error on their site. Ive had several surveys from them regardless though.
• Do earnings on these sites have to be declared for Tax purposes?
• I certainly hope not or I'm in trouble! Surely that can't be the case - can it? To be honest, I'd never given it a moment's thought. Good job I've only earned Ј60 so far.
