A question about : Ocado van damage my car..
Hi. I agreed the sale of my car thru autotrader. Two days before the buyer picked up and paid for the car an ocado van ploughed into my (parked) car causing Ј3000 of damaged. Obviously my buyer pulled out. Ocado paid to repair my car. However I have now been left with a car that I am struggling to resell at the same value as my original buyer. I have also had to MOT the vehicle At a cost of Ј700...hence the reason for selling in the first place. Can I claim any compensation thru ocado insurances (car or employee) as I am now out of pocket as a direct consequence of the ocado driver..
