A question about : Northern Rock Contact

Hi
I am having trouble finding who I contact with regards to a northern rock record not being updated as satisfied?
can anyone point me in the right direction

  • Is this something that got taken over by Virgin, or is it on the NRAM bad bank side?
  • on nram, it says personal loans were sold off to marline and one stop (formally part of bradford and bingley) ive contacted marlin and they dont have mine,
    the other ones not open till monday,
    I cant find anything about virgin money taking on any of the unsecured loans though
