A question about : Mature student finance

Hi, I am a Nursing Sister fully qualified but wanting to take a degree and specialise. There are many courses open to me with many Uni's but all cost quite a lot. Its a conversion course where i need to build points. What options have I open to me to fund this situation. I will be doing my normal day job as well as studying.

    can you get a secondment from your present employers to do the course full time? I'm a student nurse and seconded by the NHS to train.
    Or you could just ask them to fund you?
