A question about : NHS Employees: Frankie & Benny's 25% discount

All NHS employees get 25% discount off their bill at Frankie & Benny's after 5pm. You will probably need to show your ID badge. Last time I had lunch there a member of staff told us about the discount. Don't forget though - it's only valid after 5pm.

• Yes I know it's a joke. 3% last year. Oh and don't forget the cost of living suppliment. Thats an extra £50 per month minus tax, insurance and pension. I can have the light on in the bathroom for a bath now! LOL!! Claiming for tax relief on tights and shoes for the year £18. I can buy such a comfortable pair of shoes for that or it might just cover the cost of new laces and having them resoled. Ha Ha!!!!
• Does anyone know if this offer is restricted to specific locations. I have tried my local one near Cardiff and they appear to know nothing about it?
• Frankie and Bennys are way overpriced anyway for the standard of the food they sell. You'd need a 99% discount to make up for the poor quality.
• Tried this in South Wimbledon last night, doesn't work. Both my friend and I showed our ID badges and they knew nothing about NHS discount.

• not that I know of but nandos do 20% off for nhs staff but only off your meal as they had situations where families of parties of 20 people would go in and claim it so they had to make a restriction.
  however husband and I always have the whole chicken meal platter to share and they always take 20% off no problem.

  I actually work for Frankie & Bennys and I'm proud to say we do offer NHS staff, NUS, Emergency Services personnel and Armed Forces
  A 20% food discount from their total bill this valid when you dine from the main menu only. It's valid 7 days a week from 9am till closing time which is 11pm
