Please can anyone advise me what to do?
My daughter bought a nexus 6 mobile, but the battery expanded, hence the back plate comes unstuck a bit, we went to the shop to get exchange but they said it would have to be sent to their people for repair. Now she's had an email to say its back in shop but can't be repaired. It's two months old, I'm furious as I paid Ј500 for it. Shouldn't they just exchange it?

• Why are they saying that it can't be repaired or replaced?
  They must have given you some reason.
• Who bought the phone ? You or your daughter as they will only deal with the purchaser.
