A question about : Nectar Toolbar
I have downloaded the Nectar search toolbar for my computer and am using it to earn Nectar points.
This is great, but there is one problem. At the moment it sits to the right of the address bar, so I can't use a keyboard shortcut to run an internet search. Does anybody know how I can set the Nectar toolbar to be my default search engine in Chrome?
Best answers:
- I don't use chrome, but if I did the first thing I would have tried was using the keyboard shortcut to highlight the address bar then hitting TAB to see if the cursor moved to the next box.
Failling that a search found the following to be done after installing another searchbar. I've changed the name of the other searchbar to Nectar to avoid confusion. And the chrome address bar is referred to as the Omnibar.
Quote: - Check that you are actually getting the points as there doesn't seem to be anything in that url to identify you (unless it's the type=61465). So how will they know who to give the points to?
- I have checked and am getting the points, so I assume that the 5 digit code is the identifier. Thanks again for your help.
