A question about : Myovo >>> Usage > Sorry, something went wrong
I'm am not so sure that it broke down at the change of year.
Please, does anyone else get this message?

- MyOvo (Usage) still broken. Have sent an email to Ovo.
- Same for me, however the android app usage graph looks OK though.
- OVO has got this going again, but it's not such a useful tool as before.
- Mine has come back after quite a few days of being unavailable, but the figures seem completely wrong. If I select compare with 2014, my gas usage seems all over the place (nothing like it was before Ovo usage went down). Some months are showing as low as 94 kWh when in reality none were under 220 kWh.
Also the "review and change monthly payment" option is still down, which is a pain as I did that every month and the amount they took went down each time (from Ј117 in March to Ј69 in December) as they'd overestimated how much we would use.
Anyone else having this problem?
