A question about : Most recommended Gas & Electric Provider on the Market for a 3 YR old house??

We are currently with Scottish Power and our two year deal ends at the end of the month. Our house is 3 years old so fairly efficent from an insulation point of view and we are in the house only at evenings/weekends - Can anyone recommend the cheapest/best deal currently on the market?

    a) exact location
    b) annual usage
    c) products being offered on the exact day you switch
    etc
    use several of the comparison sites to shop around. Then switch via a cashback site.
