A question about : maternity pay and holiday pay.

Myself and my parner are expecting a baby in August so my partner will be taking 9 months maternity from late August.

But she's a little confused if she can take some holiday time off between now without it affecting her maternity pay (both the one paid by her employer and the one paid by the government)
