Hello and welcome everybody

This is the 90th month of this challenge, which was first started by Batgirl, in September 2007.

Thanks to Batgirl for starting it, Emmaglet, Nat21luv, Monkeynut, Sweetpeas, Purpleroses, JesaRose, MizMir for keeping the thread going.

I know this first post is long, but please read as it give tips on how this challenge works. Some of the content has changed

If you're new to the challenge don't be scared - here's how it works:

The aim of this challenge is to make Ј10 extra a day everyday for the month. A lot of people think this is impossible but it can and has been done, over and over. If you feel Ј10 is too much why not start at Ј5 or if you're brave join those who aim for Ј20 a day! Anything extra you make is great so set whatever target you think you can manage.

It also doesn't have to be Ј10 each and every day - some days you make more and some days you make less, but aim for Ј300 extra at the end of the month.

The idea is that everyone posts how they are making extra money and these shared ideas help all of us to learn new ways to help cut debt or earn/save money.

What cannot be added:
Wages from your main job

Income from a second job

Mystery shopping
And much, much more.

• yeah I would like to join but I have set myself a year target rather than a month target, is that ok?
• Count me in. Gonna set myself a target of Ј400 for the month. Should get about Ј230 of overtime at the end of February so gonna have to do as much online as I can possibly manage to make up the rest.

• I'm in again, but am raising my target considerably due to second job which is only temporary so trying to get as much work done while it is available.
  Fingers crossed that all goes well. We only get paid for the days we work so need to commit ourselves to reaching this goal.
  Target for February is $2400.
  For second jobs or overtime do you count it when you accrued it or when it was paid? That might make a difference as to if we will reach target or not.
