A question about : Looking for Baby Born Bathtub

https://!!!!!!!.com/4w9ej
I find it amazing that this item is proving to be one of the hardest to find toys this Christmas. I've tried the usual (Argos, Index, Toys'r'us), plus some of the smaller toy shops. In fact I was told that although Argos and Index have them in their catalog, they never actually had any to sell. They're on sale on ebay for Ј45 plus postage (markup of 60%). If anyone comes across one, could you keep me posted?
TIA
paul

  • This must be the most wanted item for xmas amazon have a waiting list for people wanting one and all toy sites have it listed 'out of stock' with no delivery expected on some of them!!
best of luck hope you find one i would say all parents know the feeling not being able to fill Santas list.
  • Hi Pink,
I've tried all the Argos and Index shops in Belfast, Smyth's at Forestside, Toys'r'us at Abbey Centre, Big W plus lots of Internet sites. Even thinking of getting my brother is the US to buy it over there, but it's a bit hard to transport. Phoned a few smaller toy shops and have been told they're expecting more - so hopefully I'll be lucky. Don't envy you starting your shopping. Good luck

  • It's showing as available in Argos? (but then I live in england)
  • I tried argos and index ring and reserve no's for all N. Ireland stores yesterday, and no joy.
Was it online that you saw it Js_other_half? Perhaps if it's in stock there tas, that might be your best bet.
Going to smyths at forestside tomorrow night, I'll check if it's come back into stock there.

  • Yep, it was online the other day. I did do a search on various sites, but gave up in the end - sorry :-[
  • I got quite excited last night when I noticed that Argos had reduced the price by 20%. Surely that meant they had some stock in. Went through, placed the order, entered payment details, no problems. As soon as I clicked on confirm, I got the reply "this item is not in stock" >
    C'est la vie.
