A question about : Kitchen cupboard door repair
Just to make it clear I didn't break it, moved into new rental and we've noticed 1 cupboard door is half off hinges (is down as misaligned on inventry) would woodfiller fill the gap where it should screw in so that we can redrill effectively sorting the hinge again, seems such a petty thing to sort if it's something we can do easily
Best answers:
- Yes, use a two pack filler, will set rock hard in minutes and be ready to screw into right away.
- If it's the carcass that's damaged then you need one of these
HTH
Russ - Thank you, it's not damaged as such just where the area around screw is no longer tight enough for bottom of the 2 screws to hold, my thinking is if we sort it now there will not be a bigger problem is loss of all the screws that hold the hinge on
