Tesco is selling off its Beats by Dr. Dre Solo HD headphones in-store for Ј49 (usually Ј99).

The deal is nationwide, but stock is limited - so if you find a pair, let us know what store you were in and what stock was like.

• ahh man went to my local just now, got told they sold out real quick. what a bargain for those who bagged it

• There wasn't that many pairs to be found before the price reduction so only a few people will get lucky but good luck to those that want some.
  Managed to get mine for Ј44.10 with discount.
• Seacroft Leeds had about 5 pairs last night and 2 pairs of the Ј99 models.

• Edinburgh Corstorphine appeared to have plenty stock in all colours. I asked them to check the price at the counter and the SA was shocked, didn't know they were only Ј49. She showed me the rack of them in the room behind the counter to let me pick the colour I wanted.

• Just as a matter of curiosity, I went to four TESCOs along the North Circular: Neasden, Brent Cross, Southgate and Chingford. Southgate had some dummy boxes on display, but were out of stock. The other three didn't even have them on display.
  Haven't bought a proper head phone for ten years or more.
  I was wondering how good the noise cancelling is.
