A question about : Ј2 Savers Club 2014

Welcome to the Ј2 Savers Club ready for the start of a brand new year.

The aim is to collect every Ј2 coin you can lay your hands on! It is entirely up to you whether you want to:
A) Save for a particular length of time e.g. monthly or till December 2014,
B) Save for a particular reason e.g. to pay the car insurance, to pay for a family holiday or to buy birthday presents throughout the year,
C) Save until you have a specific amount e.g. Ј20 or Ј100 or a pot full!
D) Save for any other reason you can think of...
You are also welcome to do what you wish with the money. Either bank it as you please or at the end of the year or spend it as required.

Above all else remember this is a fun thread, but the aim of this website is to SAVE, so any encouragement, comments or help you can give to others are always very welcome.

Anyone who wishes to join (or be removed though I hope that isn't the case!) is always very welcome, please just ask and I will add you as soon as I can and allocate you a number. Also if anyone wants to add anything to the list such as a target or a date to aim for etc. then let me know and I will add it. However there is no pressure to do this as many people just wish to be able to save as and when they can.

  • I wasn't a member of this group this year,but I have been saving Ј2 coins.Banked Ј300 this year.
  • Hi PMO2 I don't have a target other than to fill my pig, which might take another few years Although I've had a good day today to coincide with our shiny new thread and Ј24 in those magical Ј2 coins went into my pig if I only I could have more days like that.

  • Can I join please? I'm banking pennies, 2ps and Ј2 coins this year. I have a lot of outgoings for 2014 (hopefully new house & DFD) so the goal is to help build up the savings without noticing the outgoings, hopefully!
