A question about : Interim charging order advice
Hello,
Just wanting some advice..
I had a CCJ registered against me back in July and then was informed a creditor was going to apply for a charging order.
Today I got a letter saying that I hadnt attended a hearing- which I wasnt informed about...
The letter then said that the applicant had withdrawn the application and
1. The interim order was discharged and the application withdrawn and
2. A future meeting to consider the application was vacated.
Does anyone have any ideas? Seems a bit weird to me, and I'm a bit worried about what might happen next...
Help !

- Hello there,
This does appear quite weird. On the plus side it means that you're not going to have a charging order made against your property. The judgment is likely to still stand, however, how much do you owe? You may wish to apply to the court to 'vary' the judgment so that you can pay it via affordable instalments. An instalment order may prevent other enforcement measures - such as bailiff action. Best wishes,

I owe 3k ... The CCJ states that I have to pay Ј15.43 a month which I have been doing via Stepchange , and havent missed any payments
