A question about : I won a Ј1000 21 inch TFT Monitor

I won a monitor through custom pc magazine a couple of months ago it is very good. When i rang up to confirm my address etc, i spoke to the women who ran the competitions. She told me they only entertain people who take the effort to cut out the form in the mag and don't even bother with the online entries, and it makes no difference when it was posted!
