How would you rate Belfast?

A question about : How would you rate Belfast?

Seems the NYT has given it the thumbs up

All the crap petty politics and crime etc aside, (you'll get this in every city be it stabbings, muggings, petty politics etc) how would you rate Belfast as a city??

• I love Belfast, it has everything you need such as gyms, cinemas, theatres, sporting events and shops etc.
  There is a cleanliness and rubbish issue though that needs to be tackled, I've had to contact the council on numerous occasions to get certain areas tidied.
• Belfast needs proper street signage
  I don't know who tourists get round the place without name plaques on every corner
• It could do with a John Lewis...
• Nice city horrible people
• I hate Belfast, although probably as I work in the City Centre!
• I do bus in saves a lot of money! As for kids/family etc that's not a worry for me. My family consists of 2 dogs lol! It's funny though as I state I hate how busy it is, yet I love London and it's much busier.
  I think a lot of my issue is I just associate it with a job I'm very unhappy in!
• More psychos per square mile than any other city I've ever been to do.
• I seem to remember that Derry/Londonderry was 'City of Culchies' in 2013. So the news said anyway.
