I have just successfully used online estate agent Housenetwork / House network to sell my house. I have found them to be pretty on the ball, contacting me via phone immediately to book viewings and then contacting viewers for feedback, something a lot of estate agents that we have viewed new houses with havent' bothered to do.

Admittedly, you do have to show the viewers around yourself, which can feel a little strange to begin with, but I guess at least you'll now that you will be presenting the house in its best light.
