Help please

A question about : Help please

Hi

Technically I know this is in the wrong place but I would much appreciate some help on here.

Im in Peru at the moment. The problem is that I am booked on a series of flights as follows

Cuzco - Lima
Lima - Madrid
Madrid- London

The Cuzco - Lima flight is 3 weeks apart from the other flights. Now my problem is that I do not want to get onto this Cuzco to Lima flight this Sunday as Ive made other plans which means that I have to make my way overland to Bolivia next week to joing an organised tour that Im booked on.

However the flight company is basically saying that if I do not get onto the Cuzco - Lima flight this Sunday all my other flights will be automatically cancelled

Ive just been at the LAN office in Cuzco who have basically told me the same thing saying that theres nothing that can be done.

Im thinking that the one and final solution would be for me to go to the airport on Sunday check in for the Cuzco to Lima flight but just not get on????????????????

Can anyone advise me on what would happen if I was to do that or does someone have any other ideas?

This is meant to be my holiday and Im just a bit stressed about this whole thing.

  sadly what the airlines say is correct, and even checking in and doing a 'no show' would not assist, as your booking would still be cancelled as you have not utilised the flight.
  have you thought about getting on the flight, and then trying to find a cheap return back - might work out cheaper in the long run.
• you could try asking them if you could pay to change the date on the first flight.
  Alternatively Kayak is showing one way tickets LIM-AMS-LHR for Ј360 (if your existing ticket is cancelled)
• Gosia, unfortunately i cannot see that option working either, unless you specifically arranged that with the airline. and in my own honest opinion, i cannot see this working either.
  have you looked into see if you can get a cheap return back from Lima so you can use the flight coupons in series?
  i take it that all 3 flights are on the same ticket / under the same booking reference.
