Hello Fresh is a new grocery delivery service. Think Glossybox or Graze but for food. There is no minimum subscription and you can cancel at any time. This company a 3 meal box is delivered every Tuesday (for Meatys or Vegetarians) they send you all the freshest ingredients for you to create your meals and costs Ј39 delivered.

• I would definitely recommend getting the 5 meal boxes, as they turn out to be a better deal than the 3 meal boxes. I have been subscribing for 3 months now and not once has a meal repeated itself. It's is absolutely delicious and fun!
  My daughter now is able to cook without the usual excuses of "I don't know what to cook" or "We don't have the right ingredients". Everything you need arrives in your box, sans salt, pepper and oil. All other spices, veggies, meats are all included. You never waste ingredients because you couldn't think of what to do with them after your one meal.
  I also find that I spend much less on food because I rarely go to the grocery store these days, and I don't buy all the uncecessary junk I used to buy. I would go into the store for one thing and walk out with two shopping bags.
  Definitely recommend to everyone. I've even lost a stone in the last few months because of this. Each meal is around 500 calories, and thus, unknowingly, I've lost weight!! This has been a great opportunity for me and my daughter to eat healthy, delicious food.
