• I agree there is no mention of 2 DDs. It only specifies that all regular credits and debits are switched. It doesn't say the incentive isn't paid if there are no such credits or debits
• Just filled in and submitted the switch request. It is due to complete on the 5th August.
• Also just applied and switch due to complete on the 5th August!
