• ordered mine weeks agao, still nothing
• ordered bracelets 11th November. Still nothing. Money was taken (via paypal) that day. Didn't get a confirmation email from the company regarding order, haven't received any emails from them. Company not really giving me any further details about the location of my order other than more delays and them passing the blame to Royal Mail. Others seem to have had their orders filled despite ordering after me, some have even had replacement orders sent out after incorrect first orders...yet mine is still nowhere to be seen. Frustrated and disappointed at poor customer service. I know its only P&P but it all adds up... looks like I will end up opening a paypal dispute.
