Form 6.27 help please

Hi, can i just say so far you have all been amazing in your help and im sorry i have driven you all crazy over the last week.

I am currently trying to complete form 6.27 and need help please i really dont understand what bits to cross out can anyone help, or will the court help me on the day?? Heres my details

have lived in england and area for more then 6 months,
i dont nor have i had a business
i am applying to local county not to high court
debts under Ј100,000
have never been bankrupt or agreed to any repayments or iva

• Grrrrrrr just realised i crossed one bit out wrong, can i rewrite it in and initial it???
• The Court Clerks will go through the paperwork with you on the day [makes life easier for them too]
  Cross out entirely anything that doesn't apply to you.
  If crossing out is done by mistake, initial it, but use the back page [section 13, is it? I did mine online, years ago, when one could do that]...with reference to the alteration, to explain further.

• thanks have looked at those, its form 6.27 so cant add anything on the back, grrrr so stupid of me!!
  Also shall I put the car as my assett even if its not in my name i am the owner?
  I assume i have to add wedding ring? its not worth alot money wise but of course worth a lot to me peronally x
• If you paid for the car then it is your asset. If you didn't pay for the car (and can prove it) then it isn't your asset even if you are the registered keeper.
• Re your wedding ring, unless its worth more than Ј1000 I would not think it needs mentioning, someone on here a while ago had to hand over her engagement ring.
  same with furniture unless you have valuable antiques no need to list.
