A question about : First Time Mortgage Question
I'm 31 years old me and my partner are trying to clear our feet of debt we had since our 20's.. we are in a council house but i really want to buy our own place, but i did the math and i may not have a decent enough deposit until im around 40 can a first time buyer still get a mortgage at 40? thank you
Best answers:
- Yes. Your income, outgoings and the term until you retire will determine the length of a mortgage and what you can afford to borrow.
