Here are my finished nappy cakes:
This one cost about £12.50 to make.
These two were made together pretty much and cost me £15 each. But this included all the ribbon and nappies which I can use the spares for the next cake - I need to go back through my posts on the baskets thread to find out contents and prices as they are all over there. I will update my post on here tomorrow though. just pics for now

Have updated my first post with contents and rough prices as much as I can remember anyway. some were copied and pasted from previous thread. - Well I've only made 3 so far and they were not planned properly so here goes: (Icant remember how much they cost sorry):
This one was made for Bampy's birthday and contained his favourite doughnuts, two chocolate bars, fishing magazine and coffee for his new coffee machine.
Movie night in hamper for my Godson contained DVD, Popcorn and bubble gum machine.
Sorry I didn't take a pic of the 3rd one but it was a leaving present for a guy in work who is the most awkward person to buy for. He loves hobnob biscuits so I made him a hobnob hamper. - I've copied this over from the finished baskets thread for you:
The mixing bowls average 70-80p depending on size, then the mummy's little helper aprons 49p from Wilkos, Whisk about 41p, Spoon about 30p, sweet strands average 20p each and then cookie shape cutters split up a few sets so 75p to £1 per bowl, cake cases about 25p. Cake or cookie mix approx 70p. Spatulas - I split up a set so about 25-50p each... The gold bow - put on expertly by daughter 25p Wilkos. So approx £4-5 all inclusive. I also put angel delight equivalent in for about 21p as I thought that was something their age group 4-7 could make. In my DD's she got the luxury version - cookie mix and cake mix and a rolling pin. I also split a pack of icing writing between some of them which works out about 50p a time as it was a pack of 5 or 6.
Wilkos have heart shaped and star tins for £1 each. In Sainsbury's this was more like £5 although that had a few different ones in. I split winnie the pooh cookie cutters between the bowls £1.50 in the sale at Sainsburys and also got a white £1 version from Wilkos which had an actual gingerbread man shape. -
