  • they are excellent, well done, they will greatly appreciated !! xxx
  • they look fab well done
the only thing i would do ( hope you dont mind me saying) is to place the marshmallows in cellophane and tie with ribbon

  • woweee great baskets! theres gonna be some very lucky ppl in your family this xmas
  • I must say that lots of the contents are bargains. Even the more expensive looking items. The champneys stuff was one third off and the Boots cream I used my voucher and the champagne was 70p direct from France (my friend went on a booze cruise!)
  • your baskets look brilliant well done
  • well done they are fab will post some pics of mine when i finished them
  • Well Done You! Your baskets are certainly inspiring. Thanks for showing us - don't know whether I'll be brave enough to show you mine!!!!
  • Kaja your baskets are excellent and full of ideas for mine now! Where did you get the baskets from? I am struggling to find any being in a small town and I was away yesterday and still didnt have any luck!
  • Awww, they look superb!
I've been busy hunting out bargains to fill up my baskets/hampers etc and am hoping my bf has caught onto all my hints and is making me one for Xmas too!
A big THANK YOU to everybody on here for all hte inspiration - i was dreading this year due to have very little money but have managed to but together some presents i'm really chuffed with thanks to all the wonderful tips on here!
  • kaja - they look lovely! I would echo what the person said about wrapping the marshmallows in cellophane, or failing that.. Asda are selling some small boxes of chocolates, including belgian seashell chocolates for Ј1, which, wrapped up in cellophane with some ribbon tied around the top and curled, *really* looks the business.. i did this for my nan's present!
well done though, your basket looks better than mine!!!
    keth
    xx
  • I bought the same baskets in Morrisons, I think they were about £6.99 for three.
Well done on the baskets, what really shines through is how much thought you've put into them. The recipients are going to be thrilled to bits!
