A question about : Fidelity Personal Investments

Hi

Does anyone have any first hand experience in dealing with the above company? 'The good, bad or ugly' comments,thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.

• One of the biggest investment companies out there. Not sure how much more reputable you want
• I have been using Fidelity for few months now and they are pretty okay!
  Mind you - I haven't really talked to anyone there much, just couple of time when I couldn't find things on their website. Every time I called them though, they have always been prompt.
  I have a monthly saving plan and I so wish I could set a custom date
• Very good from a customer service perspective. When I started out I rang them quite often and they were nothing but polite and helpful. They also have a local number to call if you are ringing off a mobile. Any deals you place over the phone will result in you being given the name and extension of the person placing the deal to call back directly in the event of any problems.
  Not the cheapest fund house for smaller portfolios but you get what you pay for and I am happy with their customer service.
