• Argh have had a nightmare with these people and will never order with them again.
  I ordered several of the DVF gift sets as pressies but when I got them the scent was so disgusting and the bracelet looked so cheap that I would have been embarrassed to give them as gifts so decided to return them.
  Once packaged up it would have cost me over Ј10 to return them via royal mail so I rang the store local to me to see if I would be able to return them in person. She said yes no problem so I drove down there, paid to park, waited about 20 minutes whilst she served someone else. Then she told me sorry actually she had got it wrong, she couldn't take them as I had ordered over the internet!
  She was very apologetic for dragging me all the way down and offered to sent my items in her next delivery which was the next day. She just had to check with head office. She rang them, they said no she couldn't do this. I asked if I could drop my box off at their head office in Trafford Park as I was halfway there and it was only another 5 minutes drive away. They said no I couldn't do this either. I would have to pay Ј10 to send it through Royal Mail for some reason. She suggested as this seemed unreasonable I emailed their customer service as they offered free returns for damaged items and as I had been dragged down wasting my time they might offer this in the spirit of good customer relations.
  An exchange of emails took place and basically no, if I had ordered through click and collect it would have been free and I could have picked up and dropped off at the store I went to. But because I ordered through the internet and paid for delivery to my home they had no interest in helping me out at all and if I wanted to return the items I would have to cough up the postage.
  No apology for wasting my time telling me the wrong information, just a no we can't help you further.
  I will not be ordering with them again and wanted to warn others about ordering this way. Although they advertise that if you don't like the perfume you can return it, it's at your cost and if it comes with free bags and you order a few and they are heavy then the postage soon adds up
