A question about : EU 214 compensation
This EU rule provides substantial compensation for flight delays.
I had a 5 hour delay in October and put in a claim with Thomas cook Airlines. They have responded that due to a court case in germany they are dismissing my claim. I have referred this to Air Consumers Council.
Is anyone else getting the run-around?
