Booked tickets with them. Anyone use them before?

• also more concerned than when i bought them! never heard of them until today and cant find a reliable review online!
• I haven't used them, but a friend buys through them regularly. They have an alerts system so you put in the artists you are interested in, and they email you whenever they announce a gig/tour.
• type your confirmation number into see tickets tracker, you'll find they used see tickets to sell the tickets.
  I was dubious too but i have been using them for years and have also won tickets through them and had no problems. I think the reason we got them so easily through them was because they are not as well known as the main sites.
