Hello People,

I worked here for 4 weeks and the first 2 weeks were great I was told how good I was progressing and how much of a hard worker I was.

After the 2nd week a trainer that was on sick had returned. I for some reason unknown to me had to re train again. Suffice to say the training was exactly the same as the 1st training session and I was told nothing new at all. Except my target score went down instead of up.

Although I cant say for sure but there seemed to be some internal problem with the 2 trainers I had and as I result I was sacked as the fallout. I had taken this job very seriously as I am a part time carer for my sick elderly mother and this role suited me 100%.

The role involves calling garages and getting tyre prices. Beware though as their training manual is severely lacking information on some important questions.

Also the company is constantly looking for staff, so what does that tell you people.
