  You are providing your information to Vogel's (owned by Nicholas and Harris Ltd). The information you provide will only be used for the administrative purposes of this Promotion and to opt you in to future newsletters. For our privacy policy, go to https://vogelsbread.co.uk/privacy/.
  1. The Promotion is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Vogel's, Magimix, and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
  2. Prizes to be won: 1 of 6 Magimix 2-Slice Vision Stainless Steel toasters. One winner will be chosen on the last calendar day of each month for the six months running up the closing date of the competition, 16:00 GMT on 28th February 2015, and notified within a week of that day. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within one week of being notified, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the prize may be awarded to the next placed or selected entrant.
  3. Entry is exclusively via the Promoter's website, www.vogelsbread.co.uk/campaign, following the instructions. You must have tasted Vogel's bread to enter. Complete the survey and submit your details to be entered into the prize draw. Strictly one vote per person per day.
  4. No purchase necessary, however an internet connection is required.
  5. For your total confidence, the winners will be selected in a random draw conducted by Mason Digital, from all valid entries received during the promotional period within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. Please note, a negative vote will not harm your chances of winning; every entrant has an equal chance of winning irrespective of their response.
  6. One winner each month will receive 1 x Magimix 2-Slice Vision Stainless Steel toaster. The total prize value is Ј144.95. The prize carries no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
  7. The prize includes delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland only. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes on notification of a win.
  8. The names and regions of the winners will be available by emailing vogels@feelagency.com from 15th March 2015.
  9. The winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the main prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.
  10. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force', masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  11. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, anticipated, suspected or actual fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to, either temporarily or permanently, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of its control.
  12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.
  13. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any entry, generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure.
  14. The Promoter, Magimix, or agencies involved in this promotion will not be liable for loss/damage whatsoever caused it by matters arising from this promotion. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  15. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  16. The entry instructions form part of the Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the Terms & Conditions. Entrants must read and accept the Terms & Conditions to be eligible.
  17. English law applies and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
  18. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
