  • The Promotion opens 9:30am (GMT) 30th January 2015 and closes 5:00pm (GMT) 27th February 2015 (the'Promotion Period'). No entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be valid.     6. All valid and successful entries made during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the main holiday prize consisting of:

    7. All valid and successful entries made during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win 1 of 30 runner up prizes consisting of:

    8. Finnair Terms and Conditions:
    a. Prize consists of one pair of Economy class return tickets to Osaka from the UK on Finnair.
    b. Flight tickets are valid between 1st April 2015 and 31st March 2016.
    c. Tickets are on Finnair only and are subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we suggest booking as early as possible. We may have to restrict availability of free tickets on certain periods of high demand, such as during public holidays,summer peak season, Christmas and New Year, as the seats are subject to availability.
    d. Flights include taxes.
    e. Each pair of return tickets must be used together. Both passengers must travel together.
    9. InterContinental Osaka Terms and Conditions:
    a. Prize consists of, four nights' accommodation for two people at the InterContinental Osaka staying in a Double Deluxe View room including breakfast for two persons at all-day dining "NOKA" restaurant.
    b. Accommodation is valid between 1st April 2015 and 31st March 2016 but is subject to availability and is not available during the following blackout dates: 1-11 April 2015, 2-5 May 2015, 8-15 August 2015, 19-22 September 2015,20-22 November 2015, 24 December 2015 - 3 January 2016, 19-20 & 26 March 2016.
    10. To enter the Promotion, you must go to the Visit Japan from the UK Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Visit...ref=ts&fref=ts ), visit the prize draw tab https://m.pgtb.me/2R96BT , answer the question about the photograph in the Polaroid style frame, fill in your details and click submit.
    11. Valid entry is not dependant on giving the correct answer.
    12. There are a total of 29 possible entries per user. Users will gain an entry each day that they answer the question and fill in the form. The Promotion Period consists of 28 days so users can gain a total of 28 entries by entering every day during the Promotion Period. Users may also gain an extra 29th entry by opting to receive further email communication from JNTO.
    13. Proof of entry, is not proof of receipt.
    14. The Promoter, Administrator and the Prize Partners accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to the Promotion.
    15. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion does not function correctly, whether by means of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter and Administrator that corrupts or affects the administration, integrity or fairness of the Promotion, then the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion and/or invalidate affected entries.
    16. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant and withhold prizes if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these rules or if they do not comply with any of these terms and conditions.
    17. The Promoter also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any amendments will be published on the website www.seejapan.co.uk
    18. Promotion winners will be chosen at random by the Promoter, unless specified otherwise, from all qualifying entries within 14 days of the competition closing date.
    19. Promotion winners will be contacted within five working days of random draw taking place.
    20. The Promoter and Administrator will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the contact details supplied upon entry to the Promotion. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the Prize. Neither the Promoter nor Administrator shall be responsible should the winner provide incorrect contact or delivery details.
    21. The winners will be asked to book their prizes in accordance with these terms and conditions and any other instructions provided by the Administrator and the Promoter.
    22. All travel, holiday or health insurance, passports and any required visas shall be the responsibility of the prize winner(s) and not the Promoter, Administrator or Prize Partners.
    23. The accommodation and flights must be taken at the same time as part of the same trip.
    24. All prizes are subject to availability.
    25. Individual Prize Provider terms and conditions apply.
    26. Additional costs are not included within the holiday prize (including but not limited to, airport transfers, additional food and drink, spending money and excursions) and are the responsibility of the prize winners and not the Promoter, the Administrator or any of the Prize Partners.

The Promoter, Administrator, Prize Partners and their associated agencies and companies accept no liability for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the Promotion or the winners'enjoyment of the prizes, other than such liability that cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, where liability shall be limited to the minimum permissible by law.
    28. Promotion winner(s)' names may be published on the Japan National Tourism Organisation website and associated social media accounts.
    29. After 27th February 2015 and for the following 3 months, the name and county of residence of the winners will be available upon written request to Japan National Tourism Organization 12 Nicholas Lane, London, EC4N 7BN United Kingdom. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope for a list of winners.
    30. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity without compensation and the Promoter reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners/photographs of them in any publicity.
    31. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation,and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.     32. The Promoters decision is final.
    33. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The information you provide will only be used in the administration of the competition and for email marketing purposes.
