• If there is one can we have an idiots guide to stoozing as a sticky at the top? I'm a comparative virgin when it comes to cc's.
• Yes, it's really depressing reading about all sensible people making money when I am trying to crawl out of debt. (I know, I know I'm just jealous). Seperate board would aleviate me of jealous feelings. Go for it.

• I say NO.
  A dedicated board raises its profile and awareness as a technique to the CC companies. Before you know, everyone will be doing it.
  I vouch that we keep it a minority sport, otherwise the CC companies may work out better methods of eliminating it (as can be seen with the more recent introductions of fees for BTs).

  Gets boring having to go through the same questions again, and again and again, and again, looking for that odd referance to stoozing somewhere, anywhere,
• I am absolutely dead set against this.
  If you separate out the two forums in any way I think you get:
  - some who think it makes it easier because they are not exposed to stoozing/non-stoozing posts
  - some who end up scanning two forums
  - the most knowledgable and helpful contributors no longer posting on the credit cards board but sticking solely to stoozing
  - some who will leave
  Personally I don't think the benefit offered by the first is worth risking the other three. A similar poll is raised every so often over on the Fool credit card board and each and every time it is (I am pleased to say) rejected because it risks losing a lot of expertise.
  If anything I think we need a FAQ which I'm sorry to say is probably something I should be looking at but I'm too busy cutting down trees to sharpen my axe.
• I would still go on both boards, so my 'expertise' wouldn't be lost to the CC board.

• I would vote no to this as well. There could be duplicate some post that could annoy some people having to look in the stoozing section and the Credit card section just to see if theres any update on a post.
  Also it when Stoozing has a post regarding balance transfer they may not always get posted on the Credit card section. And visa visa.
  The site might want to split the credit card section into general/balance trasnfer/purchase.
• Would have been best to make this thread a 'Temporary Sticky' so that it doesn't get lost 'down-the-line' as more posts are added to other threads. That way the 'thread' stays-in-yer-face!!!!

• Well I voted very strongly and with utter conviction for "Don't Mind". I encourage everyone to get off the fence and do the same.
  Seriously though, I'd read/post on both. If it would help newer members to filter the posts then go ahead. I don't think I'd find any benefit in a split though.
  Either way I would like to see a sticky or link at the top saying "What is Stoozing? How to make money out of credit cards" which would contain links to the relevent articles. It might stop us having to keep repeating answers.
• I voted no too - in the belief that too much attention should not be drawn to such a good thing. I know that not everyone does it, and more people could earn money (thus getting out of debt quicker by doing it), but I am astounded that CC companies still allow it. It is true that in the grand scheme of things the companies will allow it as long as they believe it will earn them profit in the long run. The more who stooze, the more cash we stooze, and the regularity with which we rotate cards to do yet more stoozing, the quicker the end will come. Nothing good lasts for ever, but I would hate for us unwittingly to contribute to its premature demise!!

• I would say no, but it would definitely be worth having an outline guide as a sticky at the top of the board - the same questions do get asked time and time again and it would be great to have an FAQs section so the board does not get as clogged up.
• I voted dont mind orignially, but there seems to be tons of stoozing posts now and it is getting too hard to keep up with threads, so sometimes dont bother coming in here.
  Also, I hate the word itself LOL
