A question about : DLA transfer to PIP refused

Hi , my friend had PIP medical twice and we just got call this morning sayng her claim is disallowed 0 points . we asked for copy of assessment report been told it take 3 weeks , we will appeal but if it goes to court whats waiting times?

  You can use this to get a copy of your entire DLA file, and your PIP file.
  Unfortunately, the maximum waiting time is 40 days - but I have had it faster than that, it depends.
  I would as a general point recommend everyone get a copy of their full file after any significant event.
