A question about : A decent-ish beginner accoustic guitar....

Can anyone suggest somewhere for me to buy one?
I'm not looking to spend mega money, but just would like something that I can start off with and see if I enjoy it.
How much am i looking to spend?

  I would recommend you get one from eBay second hand. I recommend either a washburn, epiphone or yamaha acoustic and look to pay around Ј50 to Ј100 for your first guitar.

  I just bought this for my bro-in-law who is in a similar situation.

  The guita gets good reviews. I had a chance to play it before giving it to him and I was really impressed with the sound for the price. Also, as it is shaped somewhere between dreadnought and jumbo, it somehow felt really comfortable to hold and play.
  The only snag is that Thomann are a German company, and so you'll have to pay shipping UNLESS you can muster your order up to 200 euros. I needed plenty of stuff so this wasn't an issue for me. If you don't need anything else, do you know anybody else who does? On some items, Thomann have real good prices....
• I'd also look for something that doesn't require much maintenance/have any complicated parts. I've never gone wrong with a simple Washburn, and I'd look to spend no more than Ј100 on a second hand one on Ebay or Amazon.
  Don't forget to check out your local high street music/guitar shop (if you're lucky enough to have one) as they won't patronise you and will give you great advice.
