A question about : crown currency

i have lost Ј3300 of my holiday money due this week for delivery, we are taking our four children and holiday next week and now have to get our car hire, spending and trip money by begging, borrowing and stealing from our family and friends ! this is not acceptable to me i thought like everyone else that this was a good reliable company who were FSA checked, what exactly does that mean as i have spoken to them and they are clearly not interested. we cannot say to the children they cannot do the things we have planned and have to now come back knowing we owe this hard earned money all over again and right before christmas. i think the company must have known about the situation hence they would not accept credit card or debit card payments so we being the customer would have some return at least. i think it was very underhanded and immoral to proceed with taking orders if they could not forfil them. how do they sleep at night knowing they have ruined people hard earned holidays.
