A question about : Court Summon Fees

Hiall,

Quickone from me – has anyone ever recovered court summon fees from their council?

Shortstory is that we received a letter saying we had been summoned to court havingreceived no previous letters and were ordered to pay Ј130 court fees.

Isthis lawful?
