A question about : Council Tax
hi
I have a date for a council tax valuation tribunal hearing, I was hoping someone had been through the same process and could offer some advice.
I challenged my council tax banding as both neighbours on either side had different banding one an E the other an F (their houses are the same, mine is slightly different) the neighbour who was an F, received a reduction to an E and I was told mind would be staying the same, I have now appealed and going through the process.
Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

- As you have a hearing date, the VOA will shortly be sending you their evidence. This should show you if your appeal is worth pursuing.
- Thanks, I think i will start doing some investigating myself just in case. many thanks
