A question about : confused new switcher
After being with eon for donkeys years, we have decided to give switching a try. I've sat here and imputed all the information and each company I searched through brought up Scottish Power and a fixed tariff till 2017. Each company searched showed the same tariff amounts and standing charges but each one said we would save a differing amount per year! Ranging from Ј116 to Ј196. Can someone explain how if the tariffs are the same and I've given the same information then how is the difference per year so different?
I'm so tempted to stay with eon, we've never had any problems whatsoever

- Try theenergyshop.com or WhichSwitch. Input your projected annual usage in kWhs not Јs and you should get the same result. They are ways of getting cash back but put that to one side for the moment. Please post your results.
